How do I create an account?

Download the App:
Search for "Sharp Performance" on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and install the app.

Open the App and Sign Up:
Launch the app and tap "Create Account" on the welcome screen.

Enter Your Information:
Fill in your name, email, and a secure password. Please note that Sharp Performance is only available to users with an approved work email domain. Ensure you use your work email to register.

Verify Your Email:
Check your email for a verification link from Sharp Performance. Click the link to activate your account.

Complete Your Profile:
Log in and follow the prompts to complete your profile setup.

How do I reset my password?

Open the App:
Launch the Sharp Performance app on your device.

Go to the Login Screen:
Tap "I already have an account" on the welcome screen. Tap "Forgot Password?" located below the login fields.

Enter Your Email:
Input your work email address with an approved domain and tap "Send".

Check Your Email:
Look for a password reset link sent to your email. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

Reset Your Password:
Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.

How do I update my profile information?

Open the App:
Launch the Sharp Performance app on your device and log in.

Access Your Profile:
Tap on the profile icon located on the top right corner of the home screen.

Go to Settings:
In your profile page, tap the gear icon located on the top right corner for settings.

Navigate to Account Settings:
Select the "Account Settings" tab.

Edit Account Details:
Tap on the "Edit Account Details" tab to make changes to your profile information.

Update Information:
Modify your details such as name, contact information, and other relevant fields.

Save Changes:
Once you have made the necessary updates, tap "Update" to apply the changes.

How do I delete my account?

Open the App:
Launch the Sharp Performance app on your device and log in.

Access Your Profile:
Tap on the profile icon located on the top right corner of the home screen.

Go to Settings:
In your profile page, tap the gear icon located on the top right corner for settings.

Navigate to Account Settings:
Select the "Account Settings" tab.

Edit Account Details:
Tap on the "Delete Account" tab.

Confirm Deletion:
Follow the prompts to confirm the deletion of your account. Note that this action is irreversible and will permanently remove your data.

Why can't I log in?

Check Your Email Address:
Ensure you are using your approved work email address and not a personal email. The app requires an approved domain email for access.

Reset Your Password:
If you’ve forgotten your password, tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen and follow the instructions to reset it.

Restart the App:
Close the app completely and then reopen it. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve login issues.

Check Your Internet Connection:
Ensure your device is connected to a stable internet connection.

Update the App:
Make sure you are using the latest version of the Sharp Performance app. Check for updates in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

Clear Cache:
On your device, go to settings and clear the app cache, which might help resolve login issues.

How do I report a bug?

Include Details:
In your email, please include the following information:

1. A description of the bug.
2. Any screenshots or videos that might help illustrate the problem.
3. The type of device you are using (e.g., iPhone 12, Samsung Galaxy S21, Macbook Pro).
